What types of items do you offer?
Carved and Curated specializes in handcrafted wooden goods, which include elegant items for your home, unique office decor, and thoughtful gifts for special occasions. Our products are designed with exotic woods and materials to enhance any space with beauty and functionality.
Are custom orders available?
Yes. To order an altered version of any of our products, reach out via email to speak with our design department. Please note, depending on the scope of the customization, additional charges may apply. These charges will cover any additional material needed, and also any custom jigs that are required to complete the project. Custom orders will take additional time to process.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection online, add desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details once your order is placed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! Reach out to us via email before placing an order to inquire about shipping costs. International shipping costs are based on package weight and dimensions, not purchase price. We will contact you within 1-2 business days to provide the international shipping charges. Upon your approval and payment we will proceed with the order. Shipping quotes provided are for standard USPS Mail rates. If you'd like to have expedited service provided by UPS we are happy to quote you for that also. Depending on your location, delivery via USPS may take 4-8 weeks. Delivery with UPS will be within 3-7 business days and the price will reflect this speed. Provided quotes are valid for 14 days, after which we may need to provide an updated quote. Additional delivery charges may be paid via PayPal. Please note, you are responsible for understanding your country's laws regarding importing goods. You may be responsible for additional customs and duties to your destination country as we do not collect those fees. We cannot mark orders as 'Gifts' in order to reduce your customs costs.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days for replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
